Hebden Tea is a retailer of unique, high-quality teas from around the world, serving a global customer-base through their online store, two shops, and immersive “Tea Experience”.
The challenge
Hebden Tea needed a user-friendly e-commerce site that would emulate the experience their customers enjoy in-store. They wanted to create a smooth journey for customers, letting them easily find and order products. Another key requirement was the ability to easily enhance homepage content to reflect seasonal promotions and trends, without external support.
The solution
We designed and built a versatile e-commerce website for Hebden Tea on WordPress and WooCommerce, with the primary aim of creating an exceptional customer experience.
The new website lets customers dynamically filter products and refine their searches based on multiple preferences to find teas that match their tastes. To complement this, we integrated the platform with Hebden Tea’s stock management system, Erply, to bring shoppers real-time product information.
The homepage is easily customisable so that Hebden Tea can manage their own content to highlight new products and meet seasonal demand with confidence.
