We’re hiring a Support Desk Coordinator / Trainee Web Developer
We’re looking for an enthusiastic new recruit to start their web development career with us as a Support Desk Coordinator and Trainee Web Developer. We’re looking for somebody with enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn and improve their web development skills. Large amounts of previous experience is not required.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to start out in web development or to develop support and customer care skills. The role is client-facing; with the support of all the other Castlegate IT developers you’ll be dealing directly with our clients’ email enquiries, support tickets and calls. You’ll be responsible for the management of domain names, hosting and email configurations.
